PRICE COMPUTATION

We compute prices for translation and proofreading based on the number of words or characters a document has. We believe that this is to the client’s advantage since you will only need to pay for the actual length of text to be translated or proofread.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

Upon receiving your confirmation and go-ahead on our submitted quotation, we require a 100% advanced payment from new clients before proceeding.

Placing your Order:

1. Open the page Ask for a quote now.
2. Upload the document you want translated.
   
3. We will send you an estimate for the job and an invoice.
   
4. Make the payment via Paypal or bank transfer.
   
5. We will send you the completed translation on the agreed delivery date.

For bank transfers, simply go to your bank and give them our bank details for the transfer. For this payment option, please contact us beforehand to receive our account details.

Please note that any fees for bank transfers shall be shouldered by the client.
